PTO MEETING MINUTES September 4, 2006 Dear Montessori School of Westfield Parents, As we begin the school year, the PTO Board looks forward to meeting all of our new families and welcoming back our returning families. Our first PTO/Parent Meeting is schedule for Friday, September 8th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This will be a PTO Meeting/Movie Night. This is a great way to participate in the PTO, while your children are having fun at movie night! Cost per child is $7.00 & pizza slices are a $1.50 each. Please mark this date on your calendar. Some of the items we will be discussing at this meeting include our upcoming events: Ben & Ari’s Family Fun Night, Candle Sale and Script Program. The PTO will also be sponsoring Pizza Days and Montessori Spirit Wear. Your involvement is very important to the school. The children benefit greatly from your input. You won’t want to miss this meeting! We will be looking for a committee head for each event, and a group of 3 to sign up to help with the event.
