Dear Parents,

The Little Caesars Pizza fundraiser ended on February 23rd. We were able to extend the deadline for orders due to the school being closed a few days in February because of severe weather. The delivery/pick up date is Thursday, March 1st from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the front canopy. The items are frozen and must be picked up during this time as the school has no way of keeping the items frozen. Please contact Katy Hites if you are able to help with pick up and sorting. The next Parent/PTO meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 9th at 3:30 pm in the Elementary 2 classroom. This will be our last meeting for the school year.

Our spring spirit wear forms are in folders this week. This will be the last opportunity to order spirit wear for this school year. Get your orders in soon!

Just a reminder, the PTO Board is still looking for a new Secretary for the 2007/2008 school year. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know all of the families at MSW. It is also a great way to fill your required 10 hours of volunteer time per child! Please contact Laura Cederdahl for more information.

In April, watch for forms to sign up for the Spring Fling on Sunday, May 6th at Forest Park in Noblesville. We had a great time last year. You won’t want to miss this fun family event! Kristi Boyle is our committee head for this event. She will need volunteers to help with registration, games/prizes, food, set up and clean up. Please contact Kristi at (317) 705-0482 if you would like to help.

Don’t forget about Movie Night on Friday, March 23rd from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Turn your form in by March 21st.
