PTO Newsletter March 9, 2006 Dear Montessori Parents, A big thank you to those who supported the Little Caesars fundraiser event in February. We made a little over $1,400.00 from this event. Also, thank you to Katy Hites and Bill Lyman for picking up & sorting the orders, and to Amy Strohmeier, Anne Marie Frasz, Mary Lyman, Beth Welch, Jama Sumski, Bryan Plantenga, Seth Plantenga and Amy Lewis for sorting orders. In case you missed the forms for the “Little Note of Love” and Company Advertisement that went home regarding the Yearbook DVD, attached is another copy for you to complete and return as soon as possible. By submitting a “Little Note of Love” and a Company Ad, you will be supporting our Yearbook DVD fundraiser. Also, watch for order forms coming soon to reserve your Yearbook DVD. The DVD’s will be available in July, and will be sent out with our 2006-2007 School/PTO information packets. The PTO will be sponsoring a Spring Fling in May. Katy Hites has graciously volunteered as the committee head for this event. She will be sending out information once a date & place have been determined. Please contact Katy Hites or Jennifer Allen if you would like to help with this event. The next Parent/PTO meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 28th at 6:30 p.m. This will also be a movie night for the children. Please mark your calendar for this event. The PTO Board appreciates as much participation as possible during our meetings. It is important that all of our families at Montessori get involved and provide us input.
