PTO Newsletter January 9, 2006 Dear Montessori Parents, We hope you had an enjoyable holiday and winter break. To kick off 2006, the PTO is sponsoring a Little Caesars fundraiser. Watch for order forms in your child’s backpack. The PTO Board recently voted to purchase a new Spanish program for the school. This program will be implemented sometime in February. Read “Mary’s Message” for more details. Our next Parent/PTO Meeting is scheduled for Friday, February 10th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. During this meeting, we will be focusing on the Yearbook DVD, and putting together the Spring Fling. This meeting will take longer than our past meetings (approx. 45 min.), so that we can collectively put emphasis on these 2 fundraisers. The PTO Board appreciates as much participation as possible for this upcoming meeting. It is important that all of our families at Montessori get involved and provide us input. Please make every effort to attend this meeting. Please complete the portion below to sign your child up for movie night and return in any PTO folder by Wednesday, February 8th.
